From absentee fathers to absentee husbands, we as men have led women to believe that they neither want or need us around anymore.
Kinda glad that’s all behind me. Time to keep moving forward. Enjoy a slightly more condensed version of my year end blog!
…But I have recently realized that a large number of women these days can be extremely shallow when it comes to being with a man who is a single father…
I’m a little strict, I’m a little unorthodox… but I’m not like other dads, I’m a Cool Dad.
I’ve never wanted to be one of those divorced assholes who discourage single folks from getting married. Just because shit didn’t work out for me doesnt mean it won’t work for others.
Women have a cool name for it. They’re COUGARS when they’re post middle-aged but prey on or prefer young 20-something year old men. However, men my age and older who would like to keep a PYT are labeled as, ‘creepy’, ‘Chester’, ‘gross’, and sometimes just “Ewl”.
I think sometimes, we as adults sink into the belief that falling victim to peer pressure is an issue mainly suited for teenagers and pre-teens.
